Lotus Fernald is a trailblazing creative groomer redefining pet styling across the Netherlands and Europe. Though her professional background began in Law and Communication, it was clear from an early age that Lotus was destined for a more expressive path ~ one filled with art, imagination, and animals. Her first act of creative grooming came at just five years old, when she painted her family Groenendaeler’s nails with bright polish, unknowingly planting the seed for a career that would later bloom in full color.
Now the proud owner of a bold and unmistakable grooming spa in Tilburg ~ a vibrant pink haven for canine creativity ~ Lotus has made a name for herself by championing artistic grooming in a region where it remains rare and often misunderstood. Through her work, she aims to inspire a cultural shift toward greater acceptance of artistic expression in pet care while maintaining the highest standards of comfort and animal well-being.
Educated at HKI Trimeducation Holland and Pets Icon Academy Malaysia, Lotus has trained under some of the industry's leading experts in creative and Asian-style grooming. She has also participated in numerous seminars and workshops that further fuel her innovation and technical mastery. A natural educator, Lotus shares her knowledge widely, embracing her role as an advocate for creativity and compassion in the grooming world.
Inspired by her late mother—an artist who taught her to see beauty beyond boundaries ~ Lotus continues to push the limits of what's possible in grooming. Her artistry is not only a tribute to her personal history but a bold vision for the future of creative grooming in Europe and beyond.
