Sara Beatriz Chagas
Latin American Chapter
Sara has been working in the grooming industry for nearly two years and is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and expand her creativity. After attending her first creative grooming workshop, she discovered a whole new side of the profession—one that challenged her artistically while reinforcing the importance of patience, precision, and understanding each dog's individual needs.
Although her first experience with creative colour was outside of her everyday grooming routine, it quickly became something she hopes to continue exploring. What began with a few nerves and an unexpected result turned into a valuable learning experience that strengthened her confidence and inspired her to keep experimenting with new colours, techniques, and styles.
For Sara, creative grooming is about much more than applying colour. It requires respecting the dog's comfort, working at their pace, and adapting to their behaviour throughout the grooming process. She believes the best results come from balancing creativity with compassionate handling.
Sara credits her first creative grooming workshop with opening her mind to new possibilities and inspiring her to continue developing her skills. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge, growing as a creative groomer, and creating beautiful, thoughtful designs that bring joy while always putting the dog's well-being first.
